Couture Wigs:

Our Couture pieces are handmade unique pieces with special high-quality
processing. If worn daily, we recommend a professional fresh-up after approximately one
year to maintain longevity and appearance. Thanks to the premium quality and individual
adjustment, Couture wigs can be worn for many years with good care.

Original Wigs:

The Originals are our ready-to-wear version - they are also long-lasting, but not
customizable. Here too, durability depends heavily on how frequently it is worn. For daily use, we recommend replacing the piece with a new one after about a year, as P000017 is not intended for fresh-up services are.

Extensions:

Our clip-in extensions are usually not worn every day and are therefore subjected to less
strain. This means: significantly less maintenance and a correspondingly long
durability - often even over several years.

We work with a large network of suppliers and carefully select the hair quality. If desired, we can source any hair and any hair structure.

The front lace can be parted freely from ear to ear and there are wefts at the back of the head. It can be made in lengths up to 500g in volume. The delicate lace is not damaged so quickly because it is only worked in from ear to ear. You can style a deep braid or a half bun. 

With full lace, every single hair is tied into a lace. The wig can be freely parted all over the head so that you can style braided hairstyles with it. It can be glued holistically. However, the risk of a hole forming in the lace is higher and the hair can knot more quickly.

Both laces are more gentle on your own hair compared to bonds or stripes and are deliberately processed with air-permeable mesh and wefts to allow air circulation enable.

With a Extraliebe full wig there are no limits, as you can change your entire look without necessarily comparing your own hair when choosing the color.

Extraliebe Couture (made to measure):

These wigs are individually tailored to your needs Head circumference adjusted - that's why they hold really well even without glue. For extra safety, you can wear an air-permeable hair net with a rough structure or clip the wig in the front area. Other types of fastening such as silicone or studded tapes, adhesive strips or special adhesives are also possible - but not necessary. We recommend wearing the wig without glue - this is the most gentle on the hair.

Extraliebe Original (sizes S, M, L):

Ours Originals is available in three sizes - thanks to the flexible structure, they are very comfortable and
safe. Here, too, you usually don't need any additional fastening, but if necessary, you can use clips or a hair net for better hold feel.

Since it is real hair, the product requires special attention to ensure the longest possible lifespan, constant suppleness and lasting shine.

That depends on whether you choose a Couture or an original wig:

Extraliebe Couture:

Here you can choose the volume individually.

• For lengths up to 50 cm we recommend 250 g for a beautiful, natural Result.

• From 60 cm you should plan on 350 g so that the ends stay nice and full.

Important to know: The volume only affects the length of the hair - the volume always remains the same on the top of the head so that the look is natural works.

Extraliebe Original:

With our Originals the volume is already fixed to the respective length - so you don't have to choose anything extra. Each wig is designed to create a harmonious, wearable overall look.

For an extra narrow crown we recommend “Slimfit”. Here we thin out the hair a little in the upper area so that the Extraliebe wig lies extremely flat on the top of the head.  With the right handling and styling you can achieve the perfect result.

No, your scalp won't itch. An air-permeable stretch material allows 100% air circulation on the scalp. 

With our front lace wigs (can be freely parted from ear to ear and there are braids at the back of the head) you can, for example, make a deep braid or half bun. You can also braid them or tie them back with a clip.

The excess lace on the ears can be easily trimmed. For example, while you are wearing your Extraliebe wig, a friend can cut the lace around your ears with nail scissors. This means the lace can be adjusted precisely around your ears. If you don't trust yourself, we can also do this for you. Please contact bestellung@extraliebe.de.

Each Extraliebe wig is individually made to measure and by hand, so we do not have any wigs in stock. A comprehensive range can be viewed and tried on in our showroom in Düsseldorf, but for hygienic and logistical reasons we do not send Extraliebe wigs to your home for viewing.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.

For Extraliebe clip in extensions, your own hair should be at least 10 cm. To attach a ponytail, your own hair must be able to be tied into a bun at the desired height.

The best thing to do is to take a tape measure and measure where the extensions should go. So choose according to your wish :)

You will receive a washing and care booklet with your order in which you can look up all questions about care. You'll find an answer to every question there, super easy!

We do not offer this service because it is not necessary to raise our extensions! Each of our Extraliebe products can be put on and taken off as desired and is not glued.

The “Shipping Processing” team ensures that the Extraliebe products are properly packaged and shipped. To this end, we are in close contact with our shipping service provider DHL and handle the shipping with them.

After your Extraliebe product has been made for you, shipping within Germany takes 2 - 3 days. 

Yeah! Your Extraliebe is on the way! As soon as your Extraliebe product is ready for shipping and has been packaged for you, you will receive a tracking number from us by email.

The production of a Extraliebe product usually takes around 7-10 weeks to produce.

First, the hair for your Extraliebe desired product is ordered from our selected suppliers. Your wig then goes to our production facility, where it is made to measure by hand. It will then be handed over to our coloring team, who will take your color wishes into account.

As soon as your wig has gone through the subsequent “cutting” and “styling” steps, details for fastening (such as elastic band, clips, etc.) will be attached. Then it will be made ready for shipment for you.

To ensure that your Extraliebe product arrives at you in high quality according to our standards, we unfortunately cannot shorten any of these production steps.

No, unfortunately not. We make each wig one at a time. We want to treat every customer equally and therefore do not accept additional payments. However, if we have hair for your Extraliebe desired wig in stock, then the production time can be shortened.

If your package has not arrived after more than 10 days, we ask you to contact customer service (bestellung@extraliebe.de) to contact us so that we can initiate an investigation.

After receiving a delivery, it is important to check whether the shipment was delivered properly. If damage is already visible on the packaging, we recommend taking a photo of it before checking the contents. If the contents also show damage during transport, we ask you to document the contents with pictures and send this to our customer service immediately.

The delivery address can be changed until shipping. Please contact our customer service (bestellung@extraliebe.de) and let us know your current delivery address.

The Customs does not charge any fees when importing within the EU. Outside the EU customs duties apply. Any customs fees that may arise are always addressed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery in order to receive the goods. You have the option of paying the fees via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay, Visa, Master & Maestro.

Extraliebe Products are always packed with a hair net and in a beautiful silk bag for you. The Extraliebe package also contains a care booklet, a “Secure my Wig” needle and (psst!) another surprise for you.

With the Bank Deposit payment option, you can first pay ⅓ of the total amount and make the remaining amount in two further partial payments at a later date. The final payment must be made before shipping the Extraliebe product.
